JACOB HAS OVER TWENTY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE. BEGINNING HIS CARRIER AS A SELLING AGRNT , LATER DURING THE MARKET UPHEAVAL FOLLOWING THE FINANCIAL CRISIS OF 2007/2008, JACOB TRANSITIONED INTO FLIP RENOVATIONS AND NEW DEVELOPMENT.

IN RECENT YEARS, HE HAS WORKED ON THE DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF OVER 100 NEW CONSTRUCTION CONDO UNITS, ALONG WITH DOZENS OF RENOVATION PROJECTS THROUGHOUT BROOKLYN AND QUEENS.

Barry Shor began his career in the real estate industry in early 2014 as a real estate salesperson in NYC.Unparalleled knowledge of the Queens and Brooklyn real estate market, and long-standing experience as a salesperson have highlighted Barry Shor as the ideal agent to contact for many buyers, sellers and investors.

In early 2017 Barry has made the transition from agent to a full time investor and joined HL property group. Barry expertise focus is on acquisitions of houses buildings and lots in need of development or major renovation throughout NYC.
