Jacob has over fifteen years of experience in real estate, since he started working as a selling agent in 2005. After the market saw a significant upheaval following the financial crisis of 2007/2008, Jacob transitioned into flip renovations and new development.  

In recent years, he has worked on the development and management of new construction condo units, along with dozens of renovation projects throughout Brooklyn and Queens.
